Information you provide

The enquiry form stores your name, email, optional company, project type, message, language and time of consent. Please include only what is needed to discuss your project and avoid confidential credentials or sensitive personal information.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the details you submit to understand and respond to your enquiry, based on your consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time; this does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. A later contract may require a separate processing basis and notice.

Technical data and recipients

milevss.com is hosted on a Namecheap VPS in the United States. The provider processes technical data to deliver and protect the service. The application uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions and select a language through a local country lookup; no IP address is sent to an external GeoIP API. Website technical logs are kept for up to 14 days. We do not sell enquiries or use them for advertising.

Storage and retention

Enquiries are stored in the server database with personal text fields encrypted. A daily task removes records older than 90 days; backups are retained for up to 14 days. Retention is reapplied after a restore. There are no automatic email notifications. Hosting involves processing in the United States; Namecheap’s terms include a data processing addendum and standard contractual clauses for applicable international transfers. You can request information about these safeguards through the contact form.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy where the relevant conditions apply. You may also object where processing relies on a basis that permits objection. Use the contact details below. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.

Automated decisions and external links

We do not use your enquiry for profiling or decisions with legal or similarly significant effects made solely by automated means. GitHub and LinkedIn are ordinary links; their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
